Welcome to my site, in which I share subjects and thoughts I have learned with regard to Bible teaching. One focus I want to work out is that the Lord embraces households and that it is important to direct God’s word to ALL who are in His church. I want to build up a variety of articles for different ages and education, starting with material that was prepared some time ago. For each article or blog I plan to indicate whether it is most suitable for children, a general audience, or for intermediate level (language that is a bit more challenging than for “general” audiences). None of the articles will use advanced language, that is, the technical, academic kind used by theologians to speak to one another.

Among Christians of the Reformed faith there are today ongoing discussions about how to understand the dynamics of God’s covenants and his justification of his people through the imputed righteousness of Jesus Christ. This page provides links to a number of documents and sites dealing with these topics:

Studies by Ralph Boersema

Now published as a book, this study demonstrates how many of the criticisms of Norman Shepherd’s theology are based on misinterpretations of his writings. The positions Mr. Shepherd really holds are fully within the Reformed camp and biblically orthodox.

This includes an argument for infant baptism.
